Welcome to the Town of Sanford's Geographic Information System Website (WebGIS). On this site you can look up your own property, find abutters to your property and the zone in which your property is located. You can make your own maps or you can view and download a variety of maps that town staff has prepared for you in advance. There are several ways to get started:


A. Find a Parcel
There are three ways to locate a parcel, by Map-Lot-Sublot, by Owner's Name or by Street Address. Choose one of these methods, then fill in the boxes below and press the 'Find this Parcel' button.

B. View Existing Maps
If you want to view or print maps that already have been created, such as zoning maps or planning maps, press the 'View Existing Maps' button.
 

C. Go to the Internet Mapping Website
If you want to connect directly to the Internet Mapping Website and explore it on your own, press the 'Go to Mapping' button.
