Welcome to the Town of Old Orchard Beach's Geographic Information System Website (WebGIS). On this site you can look up your own property, find abutters to your property and the zone in which your property is located. You can make your own maps or you can view and download a variety of maps that Town staff has prepared for you in advance. There are several ways to get started:

A. Find a Parcel
There are three ways to locate a parcel, by Map-Blcok-Lot, by Owner's Name or by Street Address. Choose one of these methods, then fill in the boxes below and press the 'Find this Parcel' button.

1. Search by Map-Block-Lot
Map                Block                Lot

2. Search by Owner's Name
Last Name                        First Name

3. Search by Street Address

Property record information is updated quarterly (January, April, July, and October).
Not all sales information may have been received prior to the update.
For current sales information, contact the Assessing Department at 934-5714 x214.
